Maura Higgins has been riding a major career high following her recent stint in The Traitors US castle.

Soon after the Season 4 finale, in which Maura lost out to winner Rob Rausch, buzz surrounding the Love Island alum was so strong that she quickly became attached to other major reality shows — including ABC’s The Bachelorette.

After Taylor Frankie Paul’s season of The Bachelorette was abruptly canceled amid a wave of legal controversy, rumors began swirling that Maura might be in the running to lead the reality dating show’s next season.

Now, The Traitors runner-up is setting the record straight once and for all.

In a recent interview, Maura addressed the reports head-on, shutting down any possibility of joining the reality dating franchise.

“Absolutely not. I never had any intentions of doing The Bachelorette - because I don't want to do another dating show,” she clarified. “Guys, come on. I am 35. I have not been on a date in over a year. Nah, I don't want a man. I am so happy. I don't want anyone in my space.”

Maura has joined another huge reality show

Instead of handing out roses, Maura is currently focusing on Dancing With the Stars Season 35 and enjoying her single life on her own terms.

“I like to come home to my beautiful clean house. I have to pick up their s***. I don't want it,” she continued. “Well, I don't actually have time anyway. I have to dance. I have to get into rehearsals. I need to get my trophy so I can pop it in my free Birkin.”
