Celebrity Traitors Boss Teases “Never Seen Before” Moment In Show’s History

The Celebrity Traitors is finally returning to our screens and will feature a moment fans have “never seen before.”
Following Alan Carr’s stunning victory in Series 1, a new batch of famous faces are ready to lie, plot and banish their way through the game, and fans already have something major to look forward to.
Speaking recently at the Edinburgh TV Festival, BBC Director of Entertainment, Ed Havard, teased what viewers can expect from Series 2.
Fans are in for a treat
“Things happen that you didn’t think could happen on Traitors and have never seen before,” he revealed (via the Daily Star).

Claudia “couldn’t get over” Series 2
The Celebrity Traitors host Claudia Winkleman also recently discussed Series 2 ahead of the show’s much-anticipated premiere.
“I couldn’t get over it … We’re so lucky they said yes,” she said of the new cast, adding that the comedians almost made her break character.
“They are all utterly brilliant and the funniest people on earth,” Claudia continued. “Rob Beckett said something that made me hide in a bush until I composed myself.”

Celebrity Traitors Series 2 Cast & Release Date
Series 2 begins airing on BBC One and iPlayer on Thursday, October 1st.

The first-ever celebrity version of The Traitors UK franchise was a massive hit last year, with more than 15.2 million tuning in to watch Traitor Alan Carr emerge victorious and snatch the £87,500 prize - which he donated to charity.
