Traitors Stars Colton & Rob Address Cheating Allegations At Season 4 Reunion

The Traitors US stars Colton Underwood and Rob Rausch are setting the record straight.
As expected, the epic Season 4 finale (which aired February 26) delivered some major betrayal: Day-one Traitor Rob turned on co-Traitor Eric Nam in the final three with Faithful Maura Higgins.
After banishing Eric, Rob stunned Maura by revealing his Traitor status, claiming the full $220,800 prize. However, Rob’s victory was somewhat overshadowed by some shocking cheating allegations during the Season 4 reunion.

Hosted by Bravo maestro Andy Cohen, The Traitors US Season 4 reunion saw banished player Candiace Dillard Bassett accuse Rob of secretly confirming his Traitor role to Colton during filming, suggesting a forbidden alliance.
“That’s Crazy!”
Rob denied it fiercely: “That’s crazy,” he said, citing “very strict rules” and “cameras everywhere.” He continued, “Why would I risk it and tell Colton I’m a Traitor?”
Colton supported him, adding, “It’s no secret that Rob and I were working together. I thought I was working with another Faithful. Rob and I bounced names off each other, and I trusted him a lot. At no point did I ever think I was truly working with a Traitor. I would never cheat in this game.”

The Traitors Fans Are Divided
Although Colton and Rob shut down the accusation, many fans agreed with Candiace. So many, especially men, keep excusing the possibility that Rob cheated, even if subliminally confirming info to Colton. And Colton confirmed by mid-game that he was aiming to be recruited. It's slithery and slimy like a snake. Candiace was right,” one fan claimed on X.
Others disagreed.“We all believe Candiace was told that, and it’s not cheating,” another fan wrote on X. “Rob said that on camera for us to see. It’s only cheating if he said ‘I’m a traitor and Candiace is too.’ It was a desperate and vindictive attempt at him losing prize money because she couldn’t handle losing the game.”
So, did Colton and Rob have a secret alliance? I guess we’ll never know for sure.
