The Traitors: New Blood resumed after that accomplice cliffhanger and did not disappoint. Episodes 3 and 4 confirmed the third Traitor, dumped two more Faithfuls, and left the castle arguing over a clue that… was barely a clue.
The accomplice decision
Tomica Adams and Joe Vanella had sent Xavier Scruggs and Katie Fites on a sneaky little fetch quest: pinch a blank death warrant from a castle book and do not get clocked doing it. Both of them actually pulled it off, which is impressive and also inconvenient, because now the Traitors had to pick.
Katie’s pitch to the Traitors was loyalty. She told them she voted Madeline Kostopulos out at the first Round Table so she would look like a normal Faithful and stay under the radar. Xavier admitted the opposite play: he had already put Katie’s name in circulation around the castle. If the group banished her first, he thought that cleared his path into the turret.

Joe read that as Traitor-on-Traitor behavior and shut it down. Tomica and Joe recruited Katie. Xavier was murdered immediately and escorted out. Katie’s line on the way into the game: “It’s time to be evil.”
A clue that explained almost nothing
The mission was a battering-ram dash to three crypts, with $30,000 on the table. Morgan Cook and Arisa Thomas took the first crypt and banked $5,000. Tomica and Clyde Moser took the second: $5,000 plus a shield, which Tomica handed to Clyde.
Michael Foote and Ben McDonnell took the third and passed up extra cash for a Traitor clue: “Last night, two players battled in plain sight to become a Traitor.” The group banked $15,000 of a possible $30,000.

Michael treated that line like gospel. The Faithful treated Arisa’s billiards-room “truth test” with Victor Vollbrechthausen like a crime scene. She held his hands and asked if he was a Traitor to get a vibe. Niyyah Bilal Hayes clocked it as weird. Michael and Ben decided that must have been the “recruitment in plain sight.” It was not.
Roundtable: Wrong woman. Again.
Xavier’s planted seeds about Katie did come up at the roundtable. So did Victor. When the votes landed, Arisa Thomas was banished anyway — 13 votes, with Victor on six and Michael on one. Another Faithful gone. Still zero Traitors caught.
Logan gets close, then gets got
Back in the turret, Tomica, Joe, and Katie shortlisted Logan Smith, Abby Lee, and Mark Zgoda. Logan had helped push the Katie talk. Abby Lee looked useful if they wanted heat on Sherry Kuehl. Mark was the curveball they liked but agreed they would need to kill later.
Breakfast confirmed it: Logan was murdered. In his last moments, he noted that he had mentioned Katie the night before. “Maybe I got close,” he said. Maybe he did. The Faithful still have not banished a Traitor. Katie is in the cloak. And Jay Vinnedge is already pointing at her.
